If your sink smells unpleasant, pour half a cup of baking soda down the drain followed by one cup of vinegar. Let it bubble for 10 minutes, then flush with hot water. Clean the drain stopper and disposal splash guard thoroughly. Regularly grinding citrus peels in the disposal also helps keep odors fresh and clean.
